Little Sister's is located in Vancouver's West End, situated between the downtown core and beautiful Stanley Park.

Everyone in Vancouver knows the West End. When you travel to Vancouver, just ask. If you're staying in the downtown area we're within walking distance. From many areas of Vancouver, Burnaby, or as far out as Surrey, you can take the "SkyTrain" to the "Burrard Street" station and find us easily. We're between Jervis & Bute Street, on the south side of Davie Street.

However if you are not satisfied with the purchase of an item you can return it for an exchange or credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Little Sister's is a Canadian company. Prices on the site are shown in Canadian currency with the approximate US conversion. Since conversion rates change daily and credit card companies have slightly different conversion rates these are only approximate.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made online through our secure server with Master Card and Visa. To pay via fax or mail select your products online and proceed through the first part of the checkout process. You will be given an option to print your order form. Then write your credit card information and fax to us or drop in the mail. Payments made via postal mail and cheque will be processed once the cheque clears the bank

US & Canada: (Rush delivery) Cost is based on size, weight, distance & speed. We have found the only way to provide reasonable pricing is on an individual order basis. When purchasing online tick the option for Rush shipping. You will be contacted with exact costs and options. Your credit card will not be processed until we receive confirmation from you.

Item Availability & Back orders

Although we do our best to keep our inventory accurate, items occasionally go out of print, become unavailable or are backordered. This may not be reflected on the web site. We will attempt to fulfill any backordered items for a period of three months. If a book you have ordered is now out of print or we no longer carry an item you have selected we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the recalculated total for your order.

You pick the dollar amount of the eGift Certificate and write the message you'd like to send. The certificate is then emailed to the recipient who can purchase whatever they want on the site.
